Four Pillar Quality Control Framework
1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All raw materials, including leather hides, hardware, linings, and threads are inspected against approved standards. Checks cover leather grain integrity, finish uniformity, hardware functionality, plating durability, and colorfastness. Non-conforming materials are rejected or returned.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During production, certified inspectors monitor key operations:
-Cutting: Precision, leather orientation, and hide utilization.
-Stitching: Stitch density, tension, alignment, and reinforcement.

3. Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Finished products are audited using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling. Each selected item undergoes a comprehensive check:
-Visual and tactile examination for aesthetics and craftsmanship.
-Functional tests for zippers, clasps, locks, and straps.
-Verification of branding, packaging, and accessories.
Batches meeting the AQL pass rate are approved for shipment.
4. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
